Rebecca & Amos, Founders and Owners
Rebecca, founder and owner of Homestead Senior Care, brings over eighteen years of dedicated experience in the long-term care industry. Throughout her career, she has cultivated meaningful relationships with her residents, guided by a deep and genuine passion for caring for others.
Her commitment to compassionate care began early in life. Growing up in Romania, Rebecca lovingly cared for her grandmother who lived with Alzheimer’s disease—an experience that profoundly shaped her path. After moving to the United States, she felt a strong calling to the senior care field and has since devoted her career to enriching the lives of those in her community.
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Rebecca is known for her warm, engaging, and personable nature. Her professionalism and dedication have earned her numerous accolades and the respect of colleagues and industry professionals alike. Inspired by her experience and vision, she founded Homestead Senior Care Adult Family Home to provide a higher standard of care rooted in compassion, dignity, and respect.
From the very beginning, Rebecca’s husband, Amos, joined her in the long-term care industry as co-founder and owner. Together, their partnership fosters a loving, positive, and supportive environment for those receiving care. Working side by side, they not only share the responsibilities that come with caring for seniors but also gain a deeper understanding of both the challenges and the rewards of their work.
Rebecca’s leadership, combined with Amos’s partnership, is defined by strong management, unwavering drive, and extensive knowledge of senior care. Together, they lead a team of highly qualified professionals who share their commitment to excellence, ensuring that each resident receives attentive, personalized care in a safe, comfortable, and welcoming home environment.
